John Gardner loves change. He likes to challenge the status quo, make waves and rock the boat – all in the name of building connections and relationships between people, businesses and communities.

John’s career has been marked by anticipating, embracing and driving change in the marketing and business development arena. Most recently this has led to the transformation of Luckie into an agency focused on getting companies closer to their customers, to finding the human in their brand. His expertise in marketing, technology, data analytics, statistical modeling, consumer behavior and customer engagement has changed the game for Luckie’s clients. His passion for developing leaders has changed the lives of Luckie’s people.

For his entire career, John has been at the center of the marketing revolution created by the impact of technology and data. As co-founder of Integrative Logic, John brought the science of data and the art of marketing together in a data analytics firm that helped clients achieve a higher return on their marketing investment. Early in his career, as director of business intelligence for imc2, he championed the benefits of data-driven marketing.

He is a highly regarded speaker and writer on the subjects of change management, leadership development and marketing trends.

Alan Magee | Vice President Digital Marketing & Technology, Church’s Chicken

Alan is a strategic brand leader with 17 years of experience in both traditional brand marketing and digital innovation. Alan has spent his career working for global brands in the hospitality, restaurant and telecommunications industries, focusing on marketing strategy and digital transformations.

Alan currently serves as the Vice President of Digital Marketing & Technology for Church’s Chicken, a global quick-service chicken concept with over 1,500 restaurants. In his role, Alan is responsible for the leadership of the brand’s digital transformation and customer engagement strategy. He also oversees marketing activation and e-commerce including online ordering, catering and delivery.

Alan has been recognized as a Brand Innovators 40 under 40 honoree, a distinction that highlights the next generation of marketing leaders. Additionally, Alan is a member of the University of Georgia – School of Digital Marketing: Board of Directors and is a guest lecturer for marketing and advertising departments at universities across the Southeast.

 

Tunde Noibi | Vice President, Marketing Technology, Luckie and Company

A performance-driven technology leader, Tunde is experienced in managing technical teams in the areas of marketing technology integrations, digital development, customer service delivery, product development, and technical and operational plan implementation. In addition to being Luckie’s senior executive advisor for marketing technology, Tunde is also a world traveler. He was born in Liberia and raised in Nigeria.

Tunde is no stranger to client success in complex and fast-moving technology environments — or to scaling teams. He most recently worked as vice president of platform technology at Atlanta-based BrightWave, a leading email and eCRM agency. He has also worked in management positions with Marketo, Safe-Guard Products and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget).

Tunde holds a bachelor’s degree in technical management and business information systems from DeVry University.

 

Karen Riordan | President & CEO, Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Development Council

Karen Riordan serves as the President & CEO of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber, where she spends her time working with the business community and driving tourism for Myrtle Beach.

Karen brings 25+ years of marketing and business management experience, working as CEO for the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance as well as at top marketing firms in Washington, D.C. and Boston, MA.

Over the course of her career, Karen has led marketing programs for leading brands in tourism, including Visit Williamsburg, The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Royal Caribbean International, Amtrak, Choice Hotels International and Celebrity Cruises.

Karen graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Speech Communications and English.

She was awarded the 2018 Chamber Executive of the Year by the Virginia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives in June. She was the 2013 recipient of the American Advertising Federation’s Silver Medal award for service to the community and is a 2012 honoree of the Washington Business Journal’s “Women Who Mean Business.”
