Leslie is an accomplished and results-driven leader with diverse experience in marketing strategy, marketing communications, brand management, operations, project management, process improvement and merchandising. Her marketing experience spans B2C, B2B and brand marketing. After college graduation and conquering her passion in retail buying and operations, Leslie put her blend of right- and left-brained skills to work to accept roles in multiple functional areas across multiple industries including hotel/travel, food/beverage, telecommunications, retail and services/solutions. She leverages outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams to exceed goals and increase profitability.

Energetic and goal oriented with a genuine passion for personal development and development of others, Leslie is a problem solver with a roll-up-the-sleeves, consultative, get-it-done approach. Since she is known for taking on challenges that are high profile, game changing or complex in nature she was a natural fit to join our team as VP, Executive Search. Currently, Leslie is VP, Client Success heading up business development and client partnerships. With a servant heart, she ensures our clients’ and candidates’ needs come first every day.

Leslie is a former VP of marketing at Cinnabon (FOCUS Brands), director of creative services and marketing communications at Cingular Wireless/AT&T Mobility and director, site strategy & acquisition at NCR. If all that and having a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt makes Leslie sound all work and no play, don’t be fooled. She has a cunning wit that makes for a wonderful balance of smarts and fun.

Leslie is a University of Georgia graduate (yes, she loves the Dawgs) and lives in Sandy Springs with husband, and their pair of shelties, Nash & Roman.
