Q: Can you tell us about your business/career? What are you most proud of?

A: I have been an artist since I was a little girl. I have always loved the fine arts and didn’t realize that I could make a career out of it until my high school art teacher pushed me to apply to The Savannah College of Art and Design.

Fast forward to now, I am a graduate of SCAD and I am a creative professional with over 15 years of experience in all aspects of creative, including graphic design, advertising, and marketing. I have a broad background working as a freelance consultant and full-time employee for large and small corporations within the healthcare, publishing, advertising, financial and retail verticals.

I am organized, motivated, and I am always trying to learn new things. I have always had a passion for art which includes: drawing, pottery, painting, jewelry design, fashion, and more. I would love the opportunity to show you what a hard worker and dedicated employee I am.

Q: Has it been a smooth road? If not, can you talk us through some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced?

A: Like most people, I have hit some roadblocks in my career. I have learned that you just have to pick yourself back up, brush yourself off and move forward. These challenges in life have only made me a stronger person and allowed me to grow and handle whatever is thrown my way.

Q: What is your dream job? What would you like to do next?

A: I would love working for an agency or company that specializes in trade shows and events. I love being able to work in different mediums and being involved in all aspects of the event from planning to design. It would be ideal to work for a company that values their employees and has a great culture.
