In the past, I worked across brand strategy, content development, and social innovation—leading multi-disciplinary design teams in all types of creative environments—from small studios and in-house teams to global digital agencies.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Struggles happen from time to time. I combat them by pulling back the curtain on different creative practices—Always trying to better myself and the team around me.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
‘FAILURE’ is a ‘BIG SUCCESS.’ If one doesn’t fail, one doesn’t learn and one won’t grow.
