His experience ranges from crafting a brand’s voice and tone from the ground up, to community management and customer service and everything in between. Clients he has worked with include Delta Air Lines, The Hershey Company, AT&T, Voya Financial, Kimberly-Clark, NGK Spark Plugs, and Florida Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Josh has both agency and client-side experience, and has worked on everything from crafting single-use social media posts, to large-scale brand campaigns reaching a global audience.
