Shane is an award-winning Creative Director and Graphic Designer who has worked with some of the world’s most recognized brands. With excellent interpersonal skills, he excels at building client relationships and gaining client buy in. Some of his clients have included AT&T, Cricket Wireless, Merck, Monster, Pfizer, Porsche, Sharp, Shell Oil, Sprint, T-Mobile, The Ritz-Carlton, and UPS.
He began his career at IBM interactive designing high profile, complex websites for the US Open, PGA Championship, Destination Hotels, and The New York Times. Shane was also part of the UI/UX production team for the launch of macys.com and hertz.com. His involvement in these large scale projects afforded him the experience of working with the best Information Architects, Developers, Producers and Designers in the industry.
Since then, Shane has built his expertise in multiple media forms, including web, mobile, print, email marketing, branding, motion and environmental design at USMotivation/Esprit Creative. Here he found his passion for building, leading and mentoring creative teams. Being a designer at heart, he excels at communicating with and inspiring creatives to deliver their best work.
Equally a right and left brain thinker, Shane understands the importance of message and usability in creative deliverables. Delivering pixel perfect, thought provoking, eye catching, goal achieving creative is at the heart of everything he does.
While not absorbed in the Adobe Creative Cloud, Shane loves to spend time with his rescue dogs and enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking and paddle boarding, especially at the beach!
