Nancy Pineda - President/Rainmaker
Founder
and President Nancy Bailey Pineda has more than 20 years experience in
the creative business; 12 years recruiting in Atlanta with an additional
eight years in ad agency account management in Los Angeles. After receiving
a degree in marketing from Cal State Long Beach, she worked for respected
companies such as BBDO, Team One and Saatchi & Saatchi. She moved
to Atlanta in 1995 to open the design division of MacTemps called Portfolio,
which later became Aquent. There Nancy led the creative recruiting team
until 2002. Hire Profile was launched in 2003. Nancy is a member of
BMA, AMA and Ad Club. She has served on the Board of Creative Club working
on ShowSouth and is currently working on the marketing committee of BMA.
Nancy is married to her husband Ramiro and lives with their twin dogs,
Abby & Bo.
Virginia Duff - Recruiting Diva
Virginia
has the distinction of being Hire Profile's very first employee. Since
2004 Virginia responsibilities include sales, account management
and recruiting. Her efforts have contributed to our growth by carefully
matching the appropriate talent to each project and position. Relentless
in her pursuit of just the right fit, she is dogged in her quest to make
it all work out for the client and the talent. In her previous career
in the travel industry she held management positions in small and large
companies in New York and Atlanta for more than 15 years. Virginia is
an active member of AiMA. Her interests include travel to Europe, reading,
spoiling her pets and husband (in that order). Virginia lives in Roswell
with her husband Ron, their Chow/Lab, Dixie Duff and orange tabby cat,
Jack the Ripper.

Stacey Cloud - Problem Solver and Mind Reader
Stacey
brings more than ten years of experience and several different aspects
of the agency and recruiting world to the table at Hire Profile. After
receiving her degree in Advertising and Psychology from The University
of Alabama-Tuscaloosa, Stacey decided to head to Atlanta to pursue her
passion – magazines. She worked as a marketing assistant for Condé Nast,
representing House & Garden,
Bon Appétit, Glamour and The New Yorker. Eventually she pursued other
roles within the marketing industry, including positions at Ballard Designs,
Grizzard, Aquent and Cbeyond Communications. Stacey lives
in Woodstock with her husband, Scott, their sons, Connor and Hudson and
their giant, digging dog, Hunter. Their home life consists of picking
up toys and, of course, reading magazines.
Suzi Rooker – Talent Profiler
After
giving up
the alto saxaphone, Suzi
earned a marketing degree from UAB and spent the first seven years
of her career in the Microelectronics and Supply Chain Software industries.
To preserve her sanity, she launched her own Cruise Travel Agency but
eventually decided she wanted to make a more permanent difference in
the lives of creative people. Now, Suzi is cruising through recruiting,
networking, and profiling our talent. She lives in Acworth with her Dobie
Sophie and her two cats Curly and Daisy.
Bonnie Ludka – Slacker Tracker
Dealing
with people has always been one of Bonnie’s strong points. Her roles
have included management positions in a large dance studio where she
organized functions and fundraisers. This required organizational skills,
delegating responsibilities and overseeing the progress of each production.
She also taught children with dyslexia for three years. Bonnie is also
a mother of FIVE boys…so her multi-tasking skills are second to none.
She rounds up the talent and helps process all the new applicants for
Hire Profile. She lives "outnumbered" by
her husband John, the five J’s and her dog, Bentley (he’s a boy too).
So if you get a call from Bonnie, you probably should take it because
this woman does not give up easily!
Samantha Hickson – Ms. Moneypenny
Our
office & payroll manager Samantha's
past life as a track
star and cheerleader make her perfect for our high energy, fast-paced
environment. Sam shares with us her versatility, limitless energy and
good nature. She's also shared these qualities with West Wayne, Inc.
(22 Squared), Clear Channel Broadcasting, Function:
and Houston&.
Samantha lives in Sandy Springs with her daughter Briasia.
