Nancy
Bailey is founder and president of Hire Profile, a WEBNC certified woman
owned business. Nancy's background in the creative world includes work
with some of the industry's best known brands including BBDO, Team
One and Saatchi & Saatchi. Recruited
away from Los Angeles in 1995, Nancy came to Atlanta to open the design
division of a major creative staffing agency where she led their creative
staffing team until launching her own business in 2002. Named a Top 25
Entrepreneur Awards "One to
Watch" by Catalyst Magazine for 2007, Nancy actively supports the
creative community through membership in organizations that include AMA,
BMA, AiMA, AIGA, Atlanta Ad Club, and The Freelance Forum. Nancy
lives in Roswell with her adorable terrier, Abby.
Virginia
has the distinction of being Hire Profile's very first employee. Since
2004 Virginia's responsibilities have included sales, account management
and recruiting. Her efforts have contributed to our growth by carefully
matching the appropriate talent to each project and position. Relentless
in her pursuit of just the right fit, she is dogged in her quest to make
it all work out for the client and the talent. In her previous career
in the travel industry she held management positions in small and large
companies in New York and Atlanta for more than 15 years. Virginia is
an active member of AiMA. Her interests include travel to Europe, reading
and spoiling her dog. Virginia lives in Roswell
with her Chow/Lab, Dixie.

Stacey
brings more than ten years of experience and several different aspects
of the agency and recruiting world to the table at Hire Profile. After
receiving her degree in Advertising and Psychology from The University
of Alabama-Tuscaloosa, Stacey decided to head to Atlanta to pursue her
passion – magazines. She worked as a marketing assistant for Condé
Nast,
representing House & Garden,
Bon Appétit, Glamour and The New Yorker. Eventually she pursued other
roles within the marketing industry, including positions
at Ballard Designs,
Grizzard, Aquent and Cbeyond Communications. Stacey lives
in Woodstock with her husband, Scott and their two sons. Their home life
consists of picking up toys and, of course, reading magazines.
After
completing her marketing degree from UAB, Suzi spent several
years working in logistics and having her own cruise travel agency. She
loved helping people and arranging all the details of their adventures.
Ultimately she set sail to pursue recruiting and making a difference
in the working lives of creative people. Now, Suzi is cruising through
recruiting, networking, and profiling our talent pool. She is on the
membership committee of the AMA. She lives in Acworth with her Dobie
Sophie and her two cats Curly and Daisy.
Dealing
with people has always been one of Bonnie’s strong points. Her roles
have included management positions in a large dance studio where she
organized functions and fundraisers. This required organizational skills,
delegating responsibilities and overseeing the progress of each production.
She also taught children with dyslexia for three years. Bonnie is also
a mother of FIVE boys…so her multi-tasking skills are second to none.
She rounds up the talent and helps process all the new applicants for
Hire Profile. She lives "outnumbered" by
her husband John, the five J’s and her dog, Bentley (he’s a boy too).
So if you get a call from Bonnie, you probably should take it because
this woman does not give up easily!
Laura,
another Ole Miss recent grad, has joined our team to handle our office
management, payroll and AP functions. Laura has a degree in Hospitality
Management and loves meeting people and networking. We knew Laura would
fit right in when we learned she worked her way through college as a
bartender AND we didn't even have to take down the Ole Miss poster! Laura
lives in Buckhead but you will find her at a Braves game more often than
home!
After
receiving a Communications Degree from West Virginia University, she
began her career in New York City working in Local Promotions at PAX
TV. Life soon brought her to Atlanta, where she gained progressive
experience within in the traditional, digital and broadcast marketplace
working at such agencies as Denmark: The Agency and Integrative
Logic. In her
12 years in account management, Jennifer has led both online and offline
marketing strategy and execution, and takes pride in delivering quality
results to her clients. In her spare time, Jennifer is a craft-a-holic
with a successful blog.
She designs stationery, upcycles jewelry, and will refinish any piece
of furniture or home accessory that isn’t
tied down. Jennifer lives in Flowery Branch with her husband, young
daughter and hot glue gun.
